A return trip to Bangladesh following trip by Bangladesh delegations in December.
We came as a group of consultants trying to explore opportunities in Bangladesh. Together in this trip were system engineer, ICT expert, businessman, surveyor, geologist and President of Malaysia Hydrographic Society.
Alhamdulillah, a successful business trip. Beside discussion with our partners in Dhaka, we also visited Malaysian High Commission office and Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC). We flew some 300 km southeast of Dhaka to Cox’s Bazaar, a famous tourist attraction with 120km length of natural beach for a fruitful forum and discussion with Bangladesh Oceanographic Research Institute (BORI). BORI is interested to sign MOU with Geological Society of Malaysia (GSM) for further collaboration.
This will greatly benefit our marine geoscientists and oceanographers.
