Geomapping Technology Sdn Bhd (GMT) completed one of it’s annual programme recently, the Annual BizPlan Meeting 2019 at Bangi Resort Hotel near to our HQ. The annual retreat is postponed for various reasons.
As usual, Day 1 is purely technical sharing session where our staff shared several case studies from projects throughout the years. Thanks to Dr Tajul Anuar Jamaludin sharing on old dormant landslides, Dr Abdul Ghani Rafek sharing on friction angle of various rocks from Peninsular and Dr Bachan Singh, ex-lecturer and ex-JKR engineer sharing on Project Management. Thanks to Dr Rohayu, Mdm Rasyikin and Dr Goh for attending and comments on presentations by our staff.
Day 2 was dedicated to review our past year financial, staff and operational performance and projected cash flow for coming year. Day 2 concluded with brainstorming session on how to improve work place conditions, working environment and how enhance our technical capabilities and performance. We pledged to remain as Social Enterprise entity.
Social Enterprise defined as a business that tackles social challenges and improves communities or the environments using profit from the sales of goods and services. We try to be one with our own way!
