She is proficient in several engineering software applications such as Esteem, Geo5, MiTS, Slope/W, Plaxis, and Rocscience. She joined GMT Group as a Geotechnical Engineer in 2024.
Muhammad Hafizol Bin Mohd Desa earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and Infrastructure from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Pulau Pinang in 2021. He is registered as a Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). Known for his passion and self-motivation, Hafizol possesses a strong knowledge of civil engineering, particularly in geotechnical aspects. He is proficient in various civil engineering software tools such as Esteem, Slope/w, and Orion 18, and is ready to utilize his skills for the company's growth.
Nik Muhammad Rusyairie bin N Ruhadi graduated with Bachelor Degree in Surveying Science and Geomatic from University of Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2021 with first class honours. He is register with CIDB Malaysia , Expressway Operation Safety and Passport (EOSP) and NIOSH-Tenaga Safety Passport (NTSP). He have experienced in many types job of survey such as in Lidar and aerial Mapping for palm oil tree, underground utility and cable detection, 3-D dimensional virtual tour using Matterport, Topographic Survey and so on. He is capable to use several survey software such as AutoCAD, DJI Terra, Pix4D mapper, Global Mapper and ArcGIS. He joined GMT Group as Surveyor in 2023.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively. She plays an important role in workplace, as she performs many administrative duties to help executive offices operate smoothly. She works directly with executives, often serving as a liaison between them and their clients or colleagues. As a result, she also has a responsibility to uphold the confidentiality of information while on the job.
